1. Services Offered

Escape with Kira provides exclusive companionship services for social and entertainment purposes. Our services do not include illegal activities or any services outside of those explicitly agreed upon.

Clients must be at least 18 years old and agree that all engagements are based on mutual respect and consent.

2. User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree to:

Treat our team and service providers with respect and dignity.
Not engage in illegal activities, violence, harassment, or any inappropriate behavior.
Not misuse or distribute any images, content, or personal information obtained from our services.
Not use our services for unlawful purposes or in violation of Australian laws.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via email or phone.
Payment is required before services are rendered via OSKO, Beem, or ATM cash deposit or in person with cash.
Any attempts to negotiate rates or services outside agreed terms will result in cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future booking.
- Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the appointment) may result in forfeiture of payment.
Business Cancellations:
- If we need to cancel a booking, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at the client’s convenience.

No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value discretion and expect our clients to do the same. All personal and booking details are handled confidentiallyin compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and APPs. Sharing personal or identifying information about our team or clients is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from misuse of our services or violation of these terms.
Clients assume full responsibility for their actions and choices.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or experiences.

7. Copyright & DMCA Policy

All content on our website, including text, images, branding, and design, is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

DMCA Compliance & Takedown Requests
